What a crappy day. I got in the van to go and look for parts for the broken vacuum cleaner, and it's cracked the exhaust. I took the Jeep, and it looks like I'll need to order the belt. Bugger.
I managed to get Vince to weld the exhaust back up, now I just have to put it all back together. We went for pizza afterwards, and when I got home we found that the washing machine is truly broken - I poked and prodded and it looks like the controller's had it, which means it's probably time to replace the thing. When I've got the van back together, I'll try and get it into the garage so I can take a proper look at it.
