I spoke to the vet about Tilly's blood work. Her ALP levels are still increasing, suggesting Cushing's disease, but she's not showing the main symptom - drinking excessive amounts. Basically I've decided we won't treat anything until it's a problem, as I don't want to subject her to anything while she's generally happy and comfortable.
