April 21st

On the way out to get a blood test (I'm still supposed to get a tetanus shot - that'll teach me to go to the doctor), I stopped and picked up another 400 stamps.  On the way home, I stopped in at a couple of local breakers' yards to see if I could get a tan panel to work on in the back of the van, but no :o(

It was really windy:

so when I got home I just sat and did the flyers for the EAA - finally finishing the last 400 of the original 1,000 of them.


When Vic got home, we went and swapped the TV, as the dark bit was really bothering me, and dropped off the remaining EAA flyers.

When we got home, I spent some time setting the TV up (it needs an update as soon as you start playing with it, then there's the calibration that takes a while).  I figured out the problems I was having with the HTPC were due to still having the old NVidia drivers, so I removed those and installed the ATI drivers (again), now everything's fine :o)
