I went and worked on the van a little after work, and got the passenger side light all wired up.  I've put in bullet connectors to the high level brake light and the cut-out for the cruise control (I'm actually wondering if this is why the cruise control has been a pain recently).  Now I just need to tidy up the looms and test everything before calling it "done".
